Print Only orders ship for FREE in the United States. All items are shipped USPS up through size 30x45. Anything larger than this requires freight and is generally more expensive.  We also include our custom fine art crating and boxing with the shipping costs and we take great care to package the products to ensure they arrive undamaged. 

We offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on Print Only items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us, undamaged, within 7 days of receipt. Due to the nature of art and personal preferences, once a piece has been customized we no longer accept returns.  For this reason, we cannot accept returns on Acrylic Face Mounts, Metal Prints or Canvas Prints.

In the unlikely event that a piece is damaged during shipping and delivery or is defective please immediately document the damage to the shipping materials and print/art piece and email the photos to us for review. It is imperative that we receive this notice and documentation within 48 hours of your receipt of the shipment to conform to the shipping company’s requirements. We will then call you to resolve the situation and discuss further action if necessary. Our email address is support@DaveNydamPhotography.com. Upon confirmation a new piece will be immediately placed into production.

Art is very subjective, so the best rule is to choose what you Love!  If you choose something that makes your feel good, remember a particular event or time in your life, or simply calms your soul, you will love it forever.  Just remember, since art is so subjective it doesn’t matter what others think – just choose the ones YOU love!

Depending on the complexity of the order it may take up to 3 weeks for your artwork to ship.  Print Only purchases are the fastest and typically ship within 3-5 business days.  Acrylic, Canvas and Metal prints typically ship within 14 business days and custom framing takes an additional 7-10 business days. Please allow for additional time during holiday periods.

Only handle these prints with either cotton gloves or microfiber towels to prevent the absorption of oils and/or marks from fingertips which can permanently damage your print.  Additional care should also be taken to keep the print clean of all dust and debris and free of all nicks, scratches and dents as all these may be impossible to remove and will be highly exagerated during the mounting and framing process.

Acrylic is highly susceptible to scratching so extreme care should be taken while handling and cleaning your artwork.  Only use a slightly damp microfiber cloth to gently clean the surface of your acrylic pieces.  Never use any cleaning solvents, alcohols, cloths, paper towels etc. as these may damage the surface of your artwork.

Metal prints are more durable than acrylic, however they are still highly susceptible to scratching so extreme care should be taken while handling and cleaning your metal prints.  Try to use a feather duster to clean them first and if this does not work then only use a damp microfiber cloth to gently clean the surface.  Ensure that you are using very light pressure and never use any cleaning solvents, alcohols, paper towels etc. as these may damage the surface of your artwork. 

Only use a feather duster or dry microfiber cloth with very light pressure to clean your canvas prints.  Never use water or other liquid cleaner on your canvas prints as they will damage your artwork.

Special care should be taken in hanging your art.  Be sure to use a wall hanger for each hook/loop on the back of the art piece.  If your piece is not pre-strung then never string your own wire between these points as you may damage your frame.  Ensure you use mounting hooks adequate to support the weight of your piece.

We highly recommend using a high CRI (95+) led or halogen bulb.  To paint your piece with light you can use a combination of spots and spreads to highlight and illuminate the entire piece.  You will typically want to keep the light restricted to the borders of the piece and not let it spread across the wall.

Yes.  If you see an image you like, but would like it in Black and White, or it is a Horizontal and you would like it as a Panoramic we can do a custom order.  Just contact us and let us know what you are looking for and we will be happy to show you what is possible.

We do our best to ensure the online gallery colors match the production image, however, due to the limitations and differences in computer monitors the production image may differ slightly than what is displayed on your monitor.

It is a formal document which guarantees the authenticity of the piece of artwork and is sometimes referred to as provenance. Each Limited Edition print will come with a certificate of authenticity digitally signed and numbered by me specifically for your artwork.  This digital process does not introduce additional inks or other compounds to the image and further protects the artwork and its longevity.

Yes, we offer digital Gift Cards.  Please click here to see the values and begin a purchase.   Our gift cards never expire and are non-refundable. 

Changes cannot be made to orders once they have been placed. Your order is immediately sent to production once the purchase transaction is complete.  The only exception to this rule is if you need to change your shipping address.  If you need to change your shipping address on an item that has not yet shipped please contact via our contact page here. 

Once an order is placed it is immediately entered in the production cycle and we can only cancel the order if we have not yet begun to work on your ordrer.  Please contact us immediately via our contact page here.  

We do, however, we only offer US Domestic shipping via our website. Please contact us here if you would like to get an international shipping quote.

We provide the most common sizes on our website; however, if you would like a different size please contact us here for an assessment and if possible, a custom quote.

If you are purchasing in large quantities (more than three of the large prints or more than 5 of our smaller prints) please email the details about your order in advance and a custom invoice and quote will be provided.

Acrylic prints have the highest degree of resolution and detail while maintaining great color depth and contrast.  They have a high degree of durability, typically higher in weight and are the most expensive option.  Acrylic prints have a modern finished look and provide good protection against UV and moisture.

Metal prints have just slightly less resolution and detail but maintain the high color depth and contrast.  They are the highest in durability and very easy to maintain and clean. Metal prints are lighter less expensive than acrylic.  Metal prints have a modern finish and provide good protection against UV and the highest protection from moisture.

Canvas prints provide a classic art look.  Resolution, detail, color depth and contrast are still very high but slightly less than metal and acrylic.  Canvas prints are about the same weight as metal and the least expensive media. Canvas prints provide the least amount of UV protection (although still very good) and are not recommended for wet or moist environments.

Your online transactions are 100% safe. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is used to encrypt your credit card and personal Information.  We do not store any credit card information after your purchase transaction is complete.  For security reasons you will need to reenter your payment method for each purchase.  This is to ensure further protection of your personal credit card information.

We run promotions throughout the year and you will be notified via newsletter, if you have signed up or opted in on your account.  We may also advertise them via social media or standard media channels as well.  Our promotions are independent and cannot be combined with any other promotion and are limited to one per account holder.  Orders must be placed during the promotional period in order to qualify.
